Little Haven and Milford Haven are approx. 6 miles away and between them offer a comprehensive range of shops, banks, restaurants and pubs. There are many local walks including circular walks from the farmhouse and the Gann Estuary which is very popular with birdwatchers. The Coastal Path is 5 minutes walk from the property. The popular Puffin Bus (coastal bus service) for walkers passes the end of the lane.

Nestling in at the foot of Carn Ingli mountain overlooking Newport Bay, this property really does occupy a great location. Available locally are golf, fishing, bike hire, walking, horse riding and boating facilities. The owner has renovated the building with thought and care, including access for wheelchair users and a "drive in shower". Fresh hot bread, cakes and "ready meals" are available daily from the owner's daughter in law. In the low season weeks, the owner is happy to offer a reduction for small parties - maximum of 2 bedrooms to be used.
