A quiet country lane leads to this spacious rustic stone farmhouse, formerly one of the premier houses in the area, being an old Court House. The farmhouse is in a rural setting, surrounded by farmland and lawned gardens, yet close to the Coastal Path and many lovely beaches. From the slopes above the farmhouse the views of the coastline are truly spectacular and one can join the Coastal Path by simply walking across two fields.
This period farmhouse accommodation is extremely spacious and ideal for large groups of friends and family. The front door opens into a large hallway, there is a comfortably furnished lounge, which contains a settee, easy chairs, colour TV, fireplace with log effect electric fire and items of occasional furniture; opposite, the dining room contains a good size table and chairs. The small galley style kitchen is fitted with cupboards and equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, automatic washing machine and microwave. The ground floor bathroom has a low doorway and ceiling; it contains a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin, WC and tumble drier. There is also a shower room containing shower, wash hand basin and WC. A wide staircase leads to the master bedroom, which is large and airy, containing a double bed and a vanity unit, the second bedroom also contains a double bed and further two bedrooms each contain twin beds. A folding bed is available for occasional use. Bedlinen is provided for the beds which have duvets. A cot and highchair are provided. There is full oil central heating throughout the property charged at £25 per week when required; electricity will be charged according to use. The lawned garden is enclosed and safe for children, also provided for relaxation during the summer months is garden furniture and barbecue. There is ample parking. Pets are welcome but are restricted to the downstairs area. There is a telephone for guests' convenience with an honesty box. Towels are available on request - £3 per guest.
