Entrance into hallway and through to the fully fitted pine kitchen and dining room which has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and an automatic washing machine as well as a large pine dining table with 8 chairs. The spacious lounge has a large stone fireplace with an open coal/wood fire grate, a selection of comfortable armchairs and sofas, colour TV and items of occasional furniture. There is a downstairs shower room with shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed, bedroom 2 has twin beds, bedroom 3 has a double and bedroom 4 has twin beds. All the bedrooms have bedroom furniture and all the beds are made up with fresh linen and duvets. Bedrooms 1 and 2 enjoy sweeping river views. The family bathroom has a corner bath with an overhead shower attachment, WC and wash hand basin. A cot and highchair are available. Sorry, no pets. There is oil central heating throughout the property. Oil and electricity charges are included in the rental from May to September, and oil is charged at £30 per week from October to April. Logs and coal can be purchased from the owner. The large enclosed lawned garden surrounds the property and has garden furniture. Ample parking. Towels available on request - £3 per guest.
